PitchPoint's managed solutions service supports the following deployment models:

Fully Managed - Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

Customers run their solutions from the PitchPoint tier-1 infrastructure and servers. Often the quickest path to launching your solution, the PitchPoint infrastructure has been designed for quick Helix deployments. Customer may elect to begin with, or migrate to, or off of a fully managed solution as circumstances dictate.

Partially Managed - Managed On-Premises

Customers deploy their solution on their hardware within their private network, and installed into their own data-centre. PitchPoint provides solution monitoring responsibility managed through the embedded Helix remote monitoring facilities

Minimally Managed - On-Premises

Customers are also welcom to take on the complete management of their solutions and utilize PitchPoint services on an ad-hoc basis when and should they desire.
