LOS Integrations — Mortgage Fraud Detection in Encompass, MeridianLink, Calyx & Byte | PitchPoint

Runs inside your loan origination system

PitchPoint’s Application Data Verification (ADV) workflow runs natively inside ICE Encompass, MeridianLink Mortgage, Calyx Point, Calyx Path and ByteLink. Most mortgage fraud vendors are built around a single loan origination system, often the one that owns them. PitchPoint is built around none.

Where it runs today

Order the ADV Fraud Risk Report from inside the loan and work its findings without leaving Encompass or re-keying credentials. Direct integration with LOS loan conditions is scheduled for September 2026.

MeridianLink Mortgage

(LendingQB)Live

PitchPoint is listed in MeridianLink's own partner directory. The ADV workflow runs inside MeridianLink Mortgage, so underwriters order and review findings in the system they already use.

Calyx Point

Live

PitchPoint's ADV workflow runs inside Calyx Point; underwriters order verification and work the findings without leaving the loan file.

Calyx Path

Live

PitchPoint's ADV workflow runs inside Calyx Path, with the same configurable rules and graded findings as every other platform.

How lenders order: Ordered in-LOS

ByteLink

(Byte Software)Live

PitchPoint's ADV workflow runs inside ByteLink, so a Byte shop gets the same verification and exception review as an Encompass shop.

Mortgage Credit Link (MCL)

(now XedaLink)Live

Lenders also order the ADV workflow through Mortgage Credit Link, the web-based order-fulfillment hub now operating as XedaLink. MCL is an ordering hub rather than a loan origination system.

The year you migrate is the year controls break

An LOS change is when fraud controls quietly fail. Rules get rebuilt from memory. Loans keep closing while a replacement vendor is qualified. The gap is exactly what a post-purchase review finds.

With Application Data Verification there is no gap. The rules engine and your template belong to the PitchPoint platform, not to the LOS integration. The checks you configured, the severities you assigned and the remediation steps your underwriters follow are identical before and after the move. Your audit trail does not restart.

LOS integration questions

Which loan origination systems does PitchPoint integrate with?

PitchPoint’s Application Data Verification (ADV) workflow is natively integrated with ICE Encompass via Encompass Partner Connect, MeridianLink Mortgage (LendingQB), Calyx Point, Calyx Path, and ByteLink (Byte Software). Lenders also order ADV through Mortgage Credit Link (MCL), the order-fulfillment hub now operating as XedaLink. Support for Dark Matter Empower is in development.

What happens to our fraud detection if we change LOS?

Nothing. Because the ADV workflow runs in six loan origination systems rather than being built around one, changing your LOS does not mean re-implementing fraud detection, renegotiating a second contract, or rebuilding your credit-policy rules. The same ADV template follows you.

Can we order ADV without leaving the loan file?

Yes. In ICE Encompass, ADV is ordered one-click or as an automated service order through Encompass Partner Connect, and results return into the loan. Direct integration with LOS loan conditions is scheduled for September 2026.

Do the rules change from one LOS to another?

No. The rules engine and its template are the platform’s, not the LOS integration’s. The checks you configure, the severities you assign, and the remediation text your underwriters read are identical wherever ADV runs.
